This Nutella cheesecake is the most awesome chocolate treat I have ever seen. I bought my first jar of Nutella in 1981 from a European food market and I guarded it in the refrigerator like a precious commodity, of course, no one then even knew what it was, but the neighborhood kids would come over and ask for a spoonful once a day after I told them about it. Since Nutella always held such pleasant memories for me, I almost cried tears of joy when I saw this recipe for a Nutella cheesecake by The Cooking Foodie on Youtube. The Nutella aspect of this wonderful recipe was by far the best part about it, but just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I realized it was a no-bake recipe. I couldn’t wait to get started on this and started gathering my ingredients as quickly as I possibly could.

In the video, you will learn to make a chocolate graham cracker crust with melted butter, then you simply pour your cheesecake mixture over the top of it and let chill till the cheesecake gets firm.
In the end, you will make a homemade ganache sauce out of heavy cream and even more Nutella and pour it over the top of your delicious cheesecake.
This cheesecake is so excellent, my entire family devoured it in one sitting!
