Dough
Garlic butter mixture
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the warm milk, sugar, and yeast until well combined. Cover it and leave it to rise for about 5 minutes or until the yeast has bloomed. Add in the flour, salt, and butter, then mix them together until well combined, and proceed to knead it until it becomes a dough. Cover and leave it to rise for about an hour or until it doubled in size. While waiting for the dough to rise, prepare the garlic butter mixture. In a small mixing bowl or cup, mix together the butter, minced garlic, and coriander leaves until they are well combined and uniform.

Step 2
Once the dough is ready, then start shaping it with a rolling pin, and cut them into small bite-sized pieces. Roll each piece into small ball doughs, then set them aside. Grease a 9-inch mold with oil, then line it with parchment paper, and start placing the small doughs in the mold. Cover it with a clean towel, then leave it to rise for about 10 minutes or until it doubles in size. Brush the top with the prepared garlic butter mixture. Place a steaming rack inside a large pot, then preheat it for about 5 to 7 minutes before placing the mold inside. Let it cook over medium-low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and the top is nice and browned. For oven-cooking, bake it preheated at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
