Grease your 7″ round pan with some oil or butter. Next, add 1 & 1/3 cups of crushed graham crackers in a bowl followed by 1/3 cup of melted butter. Mix well, then add 1 tsp milk and continue mixing. Transfer the crumbs to your prepared round pan and firmly press it into the bottom and up the sides. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Next, in a bowl, add 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whisk until combined and slightly thickened. In another bowl, add 3 tbsp of water and 2 tsp powdered gelatin. Mix well, leave for two minutes to bloom, then microwave it for 15 seconds. In another bowl, add 1 cup of cold heavy cream and beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add this to the condensed milk mixture at a time while mixing well. Pour this mixture into the round pan and spread evenly and flat. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Next, to make the whipped cream, add 1 cup of cold cream to a bowl followed by 1/4 cup of whole milk powder, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until stiff peaks form. Transfer it to a piping bag with a 1m piping tip, then design the top of the pie with this.
