Ingredients
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (divided)
- 2 tablespoons and 1 1/2 cups of hot water (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose cream
- 1/3 cup of condensed milk
- coffee biscuits or digestive biscuits

Instructions
Step 1:
In a small bowl, add two tablespoons of instant coffee powder and two tablespoons of warm water. Stir until melted and set aside. Reserve a small amount for garnishing later.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose cream, 1/3 cup of condensed milk, and the coffee. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 3:
In another mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder and 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Mix until the coffee granules are all melted.
Step 4:
Dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange them in the bottom of a deep small container. Cover the biscuits with a layer of the coffee-cream mixture. Spread it evenly. Add another layer of soaked biscuits, then a layer of coffee-cream mixture. Repeat until you make 4 to 5 layers.
Step 5:
Add a few drops of the reserved coffee and use a toothpick to scatter it.
Step 6:
Place it inside the refrigerator for about four to five hours until set.
Step 7:
Slice, serve, and enjoy this yummy treat!
