Put the graham crackers in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs. You can also use a food processor if you have one.
Transfer the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl, then add melted butter. Mix until it looks like slightly wet sand.
Get a 9-inch springform pan and add the graham cracker crumbs. Spread it in an even layer into the bottom and place it in the fridge while making the filling.
In a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese and continue mixing until there are no lumps. Next, add the melted chocolate to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the chocolate cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Use a spatula or spoon to smoothen the top. Place in the fridge.
Get a large bowl, and add melted peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cheesecake in the springform pan and spread it evenly. Smoothen the top with a knife or spatula. Refrigerate for about 2 to 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
