Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of salted butter, softened
  • 2 cups of creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 3 cups of crispy rice cereal, plus more for topping
  • 2 cups of chocolate chunks, for coating

Directions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup butter and 2 cups of creamy peanut butter. Microwave them for a minute, and mix well. Next, to the butter mixture, add 3 cups of powdered sugar and 3 cups of crispy rice cereal. Fold together until combined well. After this, form them into balls, and place them in a parchment paper-lined baking tray, then freeze them for fifteen minutes.

Step 2

In the meantime, melt 2 cups of chocolate chunks (preferably dark). Once fifteen minutes is up, remove the rice crispy balls from the freezer and coat them with the melted chocolate well. Repeat these until you have all your rice crispy balls coated, then sprinkle some rice crispies on top. Wait for the chocolate to harden, then serve.
