How to Make Chocolate Cornflake Clusters
Step 1:
Add 3 cups of cornflakes into a large bowl. Crush them a little bit with your hands.
Step 2:
Add 1/2 cup of dried cherries to the cornflakes.
Step 3:
Place 2/3 cup of the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and melt using the double boiler method. Chop the remaining chocolate into small pieces, then add to the melted chocolate. Keep stirring until melted. This method will make chocolate shiny.
Step 4:
Add the melted chocolate to the cornflake mixture. Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take a spoonful of the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, pushing using a different spoon. Shape it using the spoons. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Set aside at a cool room temperature for an hour. Serve and enjoy!
