Keep on reading because this recipe by N’Oven – Cake & Cookies on YouTube is so easy and cheap to make. You only need to watch this video tutorial once and you’ll already memorize the process, it’s that quick! So try this recipe and include it on your dinner table this Christmas or even without occasion, surely the kids, as well as the kids at heart, will enjoy this flavorful treat.

Ingredients:

  • 250g Chocolate cookies
  • ¼ Cup Walnut
  • 1/3 Cup Butter, melted
  • ½ Cup and 1/3 Cup Cream cheese
  • ¼ Cup Chocolate spread
  • 2tbsp Heavy cream
  • ½ Cup Whipping cream

Directions:

Step 1

Grind the chocolate cookies and walnuts together using a food processor, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix well, pour the mixture in a greased 6 inch round pan. Spread it upward and press using the back of a ladle. Keep the sides and bottom covered with ground mixture.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, chocolate spread, and heavy cream using a hand mixer, then pour onto the pan. Get a different bowl, then mix the whipping cream and the cream cheese until well-combined. Pour it onto the pan and spread evenly, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, and drizzle or make a pattern with a chocolate spread. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the cake has set before serving.
