In a microwavable medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup of 100% natural peanut butter and 3/4 cup of honey. Heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth and creamy with a silicone spatula.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix until well incorporated.
Put the 3 cups of old-fashioned oats into a bowl and pour the peanut butter honey mixture over. Fold oats until evenly coated.
Line a 7″ by 11″ pan with parchment paper. Transfer the oat mixture to the pan and evenly press the oats using a silicone spatula. Cover it with parchment paper and press with your hands.
Place the oatmeal and peanut butter mixture in the fridge and allow it to cool completely for a minimum of 2 hours or up to overnight to let it set.
Remove from the fridge, then take it off the pan. Slice into bars. Serve and enjoy!
