Yes, that’s all you need to make this yummy treat! I tried it at home and was so impressed with how it turned out. The texture and taste were perfect. I had not made anything like this before. Ingredients:
- 2 cups of leftover mixed biscuits
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 sachet Eno (you can use 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda as a substitute)
For garnish (optional):
- chocolate ganache
- chocolate shavings
Note: Eno is used as a rising agent for cake

Instructions:
Step 1:
Break the biscuits into small pieces, then put them on a grinder. Grind for 1 minute until they turned into fine crumbs.
Step 2:
Add 1 cup of milk to the fine crumbs and mix for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add 1 sachet of Eno to the mixture. Mix until well incorporated. This will help the cake to rise.
Step 4:
Take a saucepan and brush it with olive oil. Place baking paper on the bottom then grease it also with oil.
Step 5:
Place a deep cast iron pan over a flame and preheat. Add the mixture and cook for 35 to 40 minutes on medium-low flame.
Step 6:
Once the cake is ready, let it cool completely in the pan. Use a silicone spatula to remove the sides, then use a plate or chopping board to flip the cake. Take off the baking paper.
Step 7:
Pour the chocolate ganache and spread well. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Slice then serve. Enjoy it with a cup of coffee or tea!
