Who doesn’t love a rich and moist chocolate cake? This recipe by N’Oven – Cake & Cookies will surely satisfy your sweet cravings. It is called the no-bake 3-ingredient chocolate cake. Yes, that’s all you need to make this yummy treat! I tried it at home and was so impressed with how it turned out. The texture and taste were perfect. I had not made anything like this before. Break the biscuits into small pieces, then put them on a grinder. Grind for 1 minute until they turned into fine crumbs.
Add 1 cup of milk to the fine crumbs and mix for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add 1 sachet of Eno to the mixture. Mix until well incorporated. This will help the cake to rise.
Take a saucepan and brush it with olive oil. Place baking paper on the bottom then grease it also with oil.
Place a deep cast iron pan over a flame and preheat. Add the mixture and cook for 35 to 40 minutes on medium-low flame.
Once the cake is ready, let it cool completely in the pan. Use a silicone spatula to remove the sides, then use a plate or chopping board to flip the cake. Take off the baking paper.
Pour the chocolate ganache and spread well. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Slice then serve. Enjoy it with a cup of coffee or tea!
