Ingredients:

  • Fenugreek seeds

Directions:

Fenugreek seeds

They have hormones in them that are responsible for hair growth, strengthening your hair, and preventing breakage. They also add shine and fight dandruff. For the hair spray mixture, simply prepare half a bowl of fenugreek seeds, let them soak in water overnight, drain the water and transfer it to a spray bottle, use that spray or rinse your hair with it after your shampoo. Do this at least 2-3 times a week. For hair oil, combine 2 tsp of fenugreek seeds with a handful of curry leaves, fry them on low medium heat for a couple of minutes, then put in a mixing bowl and grind into a powder. Once done, heat up 2 tbsp of coconut oil with 2 tsp of your powdered mixture, place over low medium heat, let the oil cool for a bit, then strain and rub in your scalp. Leave on your hair for about an hour, then wash as usual.

Eggs

Eggs give your hair a much-needed dose of protein that’ll make your strands strong and thick. Simply beat 1 or 2 eggs depending on your hair length, then put it on your hair and leave for about 30 minutes. Then, wash your hair thoroughly, do this 1-2 times a week.

Olive oil

Olive oil is another awesome natural hair treatment. It’s packed with essential vitamins like A and E that are a must-have for gorgeous healthy hair. Simply warm it up, then massage onto your hair and leave for about 30-45 minutes or overnight, then wash as usual.

Castor oil

Castor oil also has a bunch of vitamin E in it. Plus, it’s got fatty acids that promote healthy hair growth. Mix castor oil and coconut oil in equal proportions, heat them up a little bit, then massage onto scalp through circular motion, put the remaining mixture to hair and comb, cover hair with a warm towel afterward, and leave it for an hour, doing this 2-3 times a week is more than enough.

Peppermint oil

Another important natural oil that can help you on your way to thicker hair is peppermint oil. All you have to do is just add it to your shampoo or conditioner.

Aloe vera

Simply rub pure aloe vera gel onto your scalp, massage, and let it sit for 30 minutes or so, then shampoo and wash it as usual. The results on this method take longer so be patient because it will be worth it.
