Make the roasted garlic. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the whole garlic about a quarter of the way and peel it a little bit. Place it on a sheet of foil and add some olive oil and all-purpose seasoning. Wrap the foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
Add the shrimp to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated. Set aside and let it sit for a few minutes.
Make the garlic bread. Add the softened butter to a bowl, followed by 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic, all-purpose seasoning, 1/4 cup of diced parsley, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Cut the French bread in half and place it on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread the mixture on top of the bread, then sprinkle more grated parmesan cheese. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Place a skillet over low heat and add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter starts to sizzle, add the shrimp and partially cook them on both sides. Do it in batches.
Add the rest of the butter to the same skillet, followed by the diced shallot, capers, and roasted garlic. Simmer over medium heat. Add a little bit of bouillon powder, all-purpose seasoning, chili flakes, chopped parsley, and dry white wine. Let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add fresh lemon juice and zest. Mix everything together, then bring back the shrimp. Toss everything together.
Serve on a plate with garlic bread.
