Bread Dough:
For Filling:
Vanilla Icing:
To start, make the bread dough. In a large mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp slightly warm milk, 2 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp dried yeast. Mix well. Next, add 3 1/2 tbsp butter and 2 1/2 cups flour. Mix until you form a dough. After this, transfer the dough to your working surface and knead until smooth. Once done, prepare the filling. Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Mix well.

Now, roll the dough into a rectangle, then divide it into 64 smaller pieces. Immediately separate these pieces to avoid them sticking to one another, then coat them with the cinnamon sugar mixture. After this, transfer and arrange half of them into the greased loaf pan, then pour 1 – 2 tbsp of melted butter over. After this, add the second batch of dough rolls, sprinkle the leftover cinnamon sugar mixture, then pour another 1 – 2 tbsp of melted butter.
Cover the loaf pan with cling wrap and leave it in a warm room for one hour. Once done rising, pour the rest of the melted butter on top. Place the loaf pan in a 350 degrees F oven and bake it for around 36 – 40 minutes. Once done baking, let it rest for five to six minutes, then flip the bread upside down. Serve with some vanilla icing.
