My family and I love Chinese takeout, especially Mongolian beef, and every Friday, it’s a family tradition to order this for dinner. But recently, our mom has been more into home cooking and suggests skipping takeouts once in a while. One dinner, my mom serves this Mongolian ground beef noodles from 12 Tomatoes on Youtube. We were so amazed as it tasted like our favorite Mongolian beef – it’s saucy, savory, and delicious! Our dinner vanished in a snap, and we found ourselves asking for more. So if you want to try this 15-minute delicious dinner recipe, check out the video below to learn how to make this.
Start by cooking your pasta in a pot of boiling water according to the packaging, then set aside. Next, in a pan over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Break them up and cook until no longer pink. After cooking, drain the liquid from the ground beef, and put it back on the stove. Add three cloves of minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Next, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup beef broth, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix all together until well combined.
