Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then prepare a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper and grease the sides using oil.
Mash the bananas into a bowl using a fork. Once it’s all mashed, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix them together. Next, add 2 medium eggs and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whisk well until well combined. Sift 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder into the mixture to remove the lumps. Mix everything together. Next, pour 1/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of melted butter. Whisk until well combined. Add the chopped walnuts into the mixture and fold them into the batter.
Pour into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. After that, remove the pan and transfer it to a plate and let it cool completely. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
