Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 32 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 stalks of green onion, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 cups cream of chicken soup, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder.
