Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (or canola oil)
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Directions:

Step 1

To start, mash one ripe medium banana and transfer it to a ramekin dish. Add 1 tbsp milk, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, and 1/2 tbsp honey. Mix well. Next, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt. Mix until well combined, then stir in 1 tbsp raisins.
