Looking for a delicious snack that is easy to prepare? Try Tasty‘s Mexican-style street corn. This recipe is also called elote, which is a staple every summer. It can be served on the cob or in a cup (elote en vaso). It is often grilled until slightly charred to enhance the taste of the corn and add a smoky flavor. But the grilling step is optional. Boiling the corn will still turn out delicious.
