Ingredients:

  • 12.35 oz of dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 oz of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.35 oz of vanilla sugar
  • 13.5 oz of cream

Instructions:

Step 1:

Melt the butter and 4. 2 oz of dark chocolate together in a bowl. Then pour the milk into the bowl and mix. Next, crack 4 eggs. Separate the yolks and the egg whites into 2 bowls. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and whisk.

Step 2:

Combine egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Then add 1/3 of the dark chocolate mixture and stir together. For the remaining dark chocolate mixture, add 3 tablespoons of the whipped egg white then mix. Combine it with the remaining whipped egg white and into the egg yolk mixture. Stir well.

Step 3:

Place a baking sheet into your pan and pour the mixture. Spread evenly into the pan. Then bake for 15-20 minutes at 338 degrees F.

Step 4:

Once baked, flip and slice in 3 equal parts. Melt 5.3 oz of dark chocolate and whisk 10.6 oz of cream. Then stir the whipped cream with the melted chocolate. Next, place 1 slice on a plate and spread the dark chocolate mixture on top. Then create 2 more layers. After the layers, cover the whole cake with the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 5:

Combine the remaining cream(heated) and melted dark chocolate. Then spread all over the cake. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
