Weeknights can get very busy, especially if all family members are working or studying. So make your dinner hassle-free with this one-pot pasta recipe from Martha Stewart on Youtube. It’s a fantastic dish that can get on the table in just 20 minutes – quick and easy, right? It’s also super delicious, and I’m sure every member of the family will love this. In the saute pan, add the 12 oz dry linguine, 2 cups of thinly sliced onion, 12 oz halved or quartered cherry tomatoes, 4 cloves of thinly sliced garlic, 1/4 tsp of freshly cracked black pepper, 2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and 4 & 1/2 cups of water. Add 2 big sprigs of basil and place the saute pan on the stove.

Turn the stove on high heat and bring it to a boil. Stir the pasta frequently with tongs, until it’s al dente, about 9 minutes. After it is cooked, transfer some to a plate, and garnish with some torn basil leaves and some freshly grated parmesan cheese. You can also sprinkle some black pepper and a little more salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
