Cut the bottom part of the bottle using a blade.
Add hot glue on the top edge of the outside part and attach the fabric. Glue the side ends of the fabric together. Flip the fabric and fold it inside and secure the ends with glue.
Trace the mouth of the bottle on the cardboard and cut it. Cover it with fabric, then glue it on the inside bottom of the bottle.
Take the end of the rope and glue it on the bottom of the bottle. Measure a long strand, make a loop then glue it beside the first one. Repeat until you cover the bottle all around and cut.
Take the end of the rope and loop it in twos on the ropes attached to the bottom. Once done with the first round, do it alternately on the second to make a woven pattern. Repeat until you reach the top edge.
Take a very long strand of rope and fold it in half. Twist it together tightly, and glue it. Make another one. Glue them on the basket to make the handles. Cut the excess ropes of the loops and glue the ends to the fabric. To cover the ends, glue a rope around them.
Make a ribbon from the fabric and tie it around the basket.
Cut an oval from the flannel to cover the bottom and glue it.
