I was browsing through crockpot recipes on Youtube and I came across PHILLIPS FamBam’s Mac and Cheese crockpot recipe. Mac and cheese is the ultimate cheesy deliciousness that is comforting to eat. There are so many variations and you can always add or substitute any of these ingredients to your own personal preference. I loved following PHILLIPS FamBam’s Mac and Cheese crockpot recipe because they’re so entertaining to watch and make the cooking process faster. Cooking the mac and cheese in a crockpot added a little cheese crisp around the edges that I die for. Switch it up and try cooking mac and cheese in a crockpot!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni pasta, uncooked
  •  2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  •  1 cup Colby cheese shredded
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 & 3/4 cup half & half
  • 15 oz can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese condensed soup
  •  1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  •  1/2 tsp paprika smoked or plain

Directions:

First, combine the half and half with the cheddar cheese soup, and mix until it’s nice and smooth. Sprinkle in the paprika and black pepper, and mix.

Then, pour the elbow macaroni and cheese into the crockpot and the rest of the ingredients in. Mix well then top off with the remaining shredded cheese.
