My family loves pizza and after a hard day’s work there was no bigger relief than just being able to order a pizza over the phone and having it show up twenty to thirty minutes later. but that avenue was wrought with problems because phone in pizzas are expensive and also fattening. Well, since I have been on a low carb diet I really thought I had to give up things like pizza until I saw this great recipe on Youtube to make a quick, easy no crust pizza an a casserole dish, I couldn’t wait to try it and I started by getting my ingredients together.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Ghee (or other fat)
1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork Sausage casing removed
2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Pizza Sauce (you can use Rao’s very low carb)
2 Plumb Tomatoes (diced)
2 Tbsp Basil Leaves (sliced)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
2 ounces Pepperoni Slices
Directions:
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees, then cook your sausage in a skillet and drain on some paper towels when it is done then add to you greased casserole dish.
Then sautee your lovely mushrooms and place them into your casserole dish spread evenly on top of the sausage.
Then cook your tomato sauce, tomatoes, and basil in a saucepan and add the hot sauce mixture smoothly and evenly over your sausage and mushrooms in the casserole dish.
Then add all you grated Mozzarella cheese over the top.
Then add pepperoni, always the crowning glory of any pizza! Now cook at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy.
This low carb keto style pizza casserole is so delicious, I highly recommend it!
