This low-carb keto chili recipe by Joe Duff – The Diet Chef on YouTube is one of my favorite recipes because I do not like beans in my chili, and this is a healthier version. I’m not a big beans fan, but I love everything that a chili consists of. This recipe only takes about 30 minutes to make, and it’s a quick and easy recipe to follow along with. I love chili because there’s so much flavor to it, and I love topping it off with shredded cheese and Fritos corn chips. Also, growing up, my dad always added a little rice to serve on the side with chili, and that’s how I’ve always had it. I would always swim around the beans since everyone in my family loved them in chili. This recipe includes no beans, but you can add beans if you like everything that’s in this.
