• 3 tablespoons flour

• 2 to 3 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
• 1 to 32 teaspoons liquid crab boil
• 3 cups Monterey Jack or Gouda cheese (grated)
• 3 cups mild cheddar cheese (grated)
• 1 cup Gruyere cheese (grated)
• 1 pound of fresh shrimp (deveined)
• 3 to 4 small lobster tails (pre-steamed)
• 1/2 pound of lump crab meat
• Nonstick cooking spray
