I can not stress how much I love this recipe for these loaded cheese-stuffed mash potato balls. They are super easy to make and have a warm, cheesy flavor that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Learn how to make your own cheese stuffed potato balls by following the 3 simple steps below!

Every year, my family has a small get together around the beginning of February which we have been doing for a few years now. This year, I volunteered to hold it at my family’s house since we have never had it here. Although I was excited for it, and knew it would be a good time, I dreaded having to cook for everyone who would be there. I planned to serve lots of small appetizers, things that would be easy for me to make in large quantities. Out of all of the food that I prepared that day I have to crown these loaded cheese stuffed mash potato balls the winner for two reasons. One, my entire family loved them! I am not exaggerating when I say this, but within 15 minutes of everyone showing up they were all gone. Secondly being, they were super easy for me to make, so easy that once everyone requested for more, I was able to make another batch in minutes! Try this recipe out at home and see for yourself hoe great these mash potato balls really are.
