Cauliflower has to be one of the most delicious vegetables in the entire world. I have been on a keto diet for a couple of weeks and I found that I was really missing my creamy potato dishes. Yesterday I found this keto-friendly baked cauliflower casserole video tutorial recipe by Keto Connect on YouTube and I was so thrilled. The moment I saw this lovely casserole loaded up with cheese, sour cream, and bacon, I knew I had found the perfect replacement for my beloved potatoes. I immediately went to the store and gathered up all the ingredients I needed to make this succulent dish. This loaded cauliflower casserole looks gorgeous and has all the appeal of a loaded baked potato casserole without the carbs.

Then, you will add the cauliflower mixture to a casserole dish and cover with foil. You bake the covered casserole at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. If you want the top extra crispy, put your casserole under the broiler for a few minutes.
