  • 1 cp. Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

  • Preferred Frying Oil as much as needed
  • 1/3 Butter melted
  • 2 1/2 lbs. of chicken wings

Directions:

Prepare all the needed ingredients as listed above.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, ½ tsp kosher salt, and ½ tsp. Black pepper.

Then, dredge your prepared 2 ½ lbs. Coat the chicken wings in the seasoned flour, then shake off the excess.

Fill a deep fryer or a medium-sized saucepan with vegetable oil up to 4 inches from the bottom.Monitor the oil temperature before dropping in the breaded chicken wings.

Cook the chicken wings for at least 5-7 minutes until everything is nicely golden brown.

Remove the wings and line them on a wire rack with cookie sheets.

Place the rack in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on your wings and remove them from the oven when the meat turns golden brown.
