Directions:

Make an all-purpose cleaner

Clean grease, disinfect surfaces and remove bad odors by combining lemon peels with white vinegar in a mason jar. Cover and let it sit for 2 weeks, then drain the peels and fill a spray bottle halfway with the liquid, fill the other half with water and shake.

Clean underarm stain

Using a juiced half lemon, rub the rind on the area with the stain. For stubborn stains, add some baking soda to the procedure, let it soak overnight, then wash as normal. You can also use this method for grease stains.

Make your coffee pot and mugs look like new

Fill your coffee pot with water and drop some lemon peels, when the heat is turned on, the peels would break down and release acid that will melt away stains. Let it sit on the burner for a little while, then pour all the contents out. Do the same process with kettle and mugs.

Refresh your cutting board

Sprinkle hard grain salt on the cutting board and take a squeezed half lemon, leave some pulps for better result, rub forcefully, rinse and let it dry.

Get some juiced lemon halves and microwave for about 20 seconds, take them out and rub them on surfaces of the microwave and stovetop. Wipe it off with a wet dishcloth or any cloth.

Remove odors from hands

Remove pungent odors on your hands with lemon rinds. Simply rub them on your hands, especially the fingers and under the nails, then rinse off.

Freeze lemon peels for recipes

Save lemon rinds by putting them in a Ziploc bag. Store flat to get some of it easier, thaw before using.

Get rid of dandruff

Get a lemon peel and rub it on your scalp. Repeat for a few days and wait for the result.

Make a sugar scrub

Mix half a cup of sugar, finely chopped lemon peels, and olive oil to create a rub mixture. Use it all over your body when you on a shower, then rinse off.
