Boil 1.5 L of water, season it with 2 tbsp salt, and cook the pasta according to its package instructions. In the meantime, prep the chicken. Chop it into bite-size pieces and season with some ground black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix together, making sure the chicken is well coated with the seasonings. Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the seasoned chicken. Cook each side for two to five minutes until golden brown. (Drain the pasta at this point, reserving 1 cup of pasta water for later use.)
Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set it aside. Add another teaspoon of cooking oil to the same pan and add the chopped onions. Stir fry until softens, then add 1 jar of alfredo sauce and 1 cup of reserved pasta water. Mix well. Season with 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning, and 1/2 tsp salt. After this, add the chicken back into the pan along with the cooked pasta. Add 1 tsp basil and mix everything well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
