  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

To start, peel the potatoes, then dice them as uniformly as possible. After this, place them in a bowl of water, rinsing the starch off. Next, dice half a small onion then set aside. Back to the potatoes, transfer them to a paper towel, and pat them dry. Once done, place them in a large mixing bowl and drizzle some olive oil. Give them a quick toss to coat them with the oil, then add the diced onion. Season with 1 tsp cajun seasoning, 1 tsp creole seasoning, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and 1 tsp dried parsley. Mix well, making sure each potato pieces are seasoned nicely.

Step 2

Heat some 3 to 4 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once heated through, add the potatoes and let them sit for about four minutes straight without tossing. After this, flip them over, and get them nicely brown for about four minutes as well. Cover the potatoes with the pan’s lid and cook the potatoes for four minutes. Serve once done. Enjoy!
