This Jack Daniel’s fudge recipe by Melissa’s Kitchen Table on YouTube is a simple dessert recipe that requires only 3 ingredients. It’s not a kid-friendly dessert because the alcohol does not cookout. I love how there will be hints of Jack Daniels in the fudge and it’s a no-bake recipe. The Jack Daniels would add a nice smokey taste to the sweetness of the fudge. This is a nice combo, and you can use any type of whiskey of your choice that you prefer.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Jack Daniel’s Whiskey

Directions:

First, add chocolate to a microwavable safe bowl and microwave in half power intervals so the chocolate does not burn. Add the powdered sugar to another large bowl with the Jack Daniels. Mix and incorporate the alcohol into the sugar before pouring the melted chocolate together.

Next, in a tin foil tray or baking tray, add saran wrap or parchment paper to the bottom so it’s a lot easier to take out and cut. Spread the fudge mixture out and add another layer of wrap or paper on top. Use your hands to press it out and flatten it. Note: you have to work really quickly with this recipe because it’s thick and could harden. This can be a treat to make for Father’s Day, holidays, or a party. Also, you can add nuts to this recipe such as mixing them in the fudge mixture or sprinkling it on top. Overall, this is a quick recipe to make if you have a sweet tooth because fudge is made up of sugar. Plus, I think it’s a fun recipe for adults to incorporate whiskey in a classic treat.
