Methods:

  • Lemon, Salt, Glycerin, and Rosewater
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Bananas
  • Vaseline and Lemon Juice

Directions:

Lemon, Salt, Glycerin, and Rosewater

Fill a basin with warm water, then dip your feet in it, and add some lemon, salt, glycerin, and rosewater. Allow your feet to soak in the solution for about 15 to 20 minutes, then using a pumice or foot scrub, start scrubbing your heels and sides of your feet, and rinse well. Take 1 teaspoon of undiluted glycerin, 1 teaspoon of rose water, and the juice of a lemon, and use that mixture to make a foot mask, then apply it over your cracked heels, and wear socks leaving it overnight. In the morning, wash it off with lukewarm water and repeat this until your heels have completely healed.

Vegetable

Before you start applying vegetable oil, make sure to wash your feet well until all dirt is gone, and dry them thoroughly. Apply a layer of vegetable oil all over your heels and feet, then wear thick socks, and leave them overnight. In the morning, wash them off with warm water nicely and repeat this process until smooth.

Bananas

Take the pulp of a ripe banana, then apply it over your cracked heels and feet, and leave it on for about 10 minutes before washing it off thoroughly. You can also make a mask using a ripe banana and half an avocado. Simply blend them together, then apply it over your heels and feet, and leave it on for a few minutes before washing it off nicely.

Vaseline and Lemon Juice

Wash, clean, and dry your feet thoroughly, then soak them in a basin filled with warm water for about 15 to 20 minutes, give them a good rinse, and them dry. Take about 1 teaspoon of vaseline and the juice of a lemon, then mix them together, and rub them all over your heels and feet thoroughly until absorbed. Make sure to apply this solution before going to bed, then wear woolen socks to trap the body heat into your feet, and keep them on overnight. Wash the mixture off in the morning and repeat until healed and smooth.
