Step 1:
Take your 2 yards of fabric and fold it in half lengthwise. Cut down the fold. You will get 2 strips of fabric that are about 22 inches wide. You will just need one of the strips.
Step 2:
Determine the length of your fabric by looping it around your neck to see how loose you want it to be. Cut off any excess.
Step 3:
Fold the fabric in half lengthwise with the right sides facing and pin the raw edges.
Step 4:
Sew all the way down the length of the fabric. Backstitch at the beginning and end to secure the stitches. If you are working with a stretchy fabric, use a zigzag stitch.
Step 5:
Turn the tube inside out. Stick your arm through, garb the seam at the bottom, and pull it back through until the ends match up. Make sure the seams are aligned.
Step 6:
Pin the right sides of the fabric together all the way around the edge of the tube. Sew around the tube, backstitching at the beginning. Stop about three inches before you get back to where you started. Flip it right side out through the hole. Hand stitch the hole closed.
