I recently went on a vacation trip with my friends and family. It was a blast, and I had the most amazing time! When I got home, I immediately opened my luggage to get the gifts for my cousins. They were excited about the souvenir that we bought from the island. As I was removing my things, I noticed the oil from my cosmetic kit spilled. I suddenly got worried as it might have stained some of my clothes. Unfortunately, I was right – my favorite sweater got oil stains! I was in despair seeing the big blot on it.
So I quickly reached for my phone and look for ways how to remove oil stains from clothes and found this video by RunmanReCords Design on Youtube. I did the same steps. Surprisingly, it worked and saved my sweater! All of the oil stains are completely gone. I am grateful for this hack, so I am sharing it with you. I hope this helps you too when you encounter the same problem.

The first thing you need to do is to blot the excess oil with a paper towel. Press to remove some of the oil.
After the tissue paper, get the baking soda and spoon. Get one spoon of the baking soda (depending on the size of the oil stain) and cover the whole stain. Let it sit for half an hour.
Using a toothbrush, gently scrub the stained spot. Make sure to scrub all of the areas with oil.
Get the dish soap and cover the stain. Using your hands, work the soap into the spot.
Place the stained cloth in the washing machine or laundry machine. Put some detergent and wash. That’s all you need to do.
Now the oil stain is removed.
