Candles are pretty – until the wax starts to spill onto your furniture or floor. But worry no more, as Smart Fox on Youtube has an effective tip for you. You will only need two simple things for this method. It’s super quick and easy, and you’ll be removing those stubborn wax stains from your furniture in no time. Watch the video tutorial below to learn this method.

Materials:

  • paper towel
  • hot water

Directions:

Step 1

Check if the candle wax is hardened completely, then grab a paper towel. Put it directly on the wax stain and pour hot water directly over it. (It doesn’t need to be a lot of water, a small amount is enough).

Step 2

Now, press the paper towel tightly against the wax stain with your fingers. (Be careful as the water is still hot at this point). The heat should now slowly loosen the wax from the table. After a while, simply wipe the wax stain off.
