Ingredients:

  • 0.5 gallons of water
  • 1 bottle of hydrogen peroxide 9%
  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of detergent of your choice (use the kind you have at home to wash your dishes)

For the mildew in a towel:

  • baking soda
  • vinegar
  • hot water

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a container, add 0.5 gallons of water with 1 bottle of hydrogen peroxide 9%. Stir well until homogeneous.

Step 2:

Add 3 tablespoons of baking soda and keep stirring the mixture.

Step 3:

Add 2 tablespoons of detergent soap to the mixture. Mix very well.

Step 4:

Transfer the solution to any container you prefer. You can store some in a spray bottle, then put the remaining in a container with a lid so you can easily refill it when it’s empty. Use this mixture as a disinfectant to clean your toilet.

Step 5:

To remove mildew in your bath towel, dip them in a bowl of hot water. Then in a separate container, add 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Mix until it becomes slightly foamy. Remove the towel from the hot water and apply a solution of baking soda with vinegar. Scrub it using a brush and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that, put the towel in the washing machine. Use white vinegar instead of fabric softener.
