In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 & 1/2 lb of ground beef. Break it up using a meat chopper and cook it until brown. Next, dice 1 medium yellow onion and add it to the ground beef. Take some paper towels and put them on the side of the skillet to take out the excess grease. After this, add 1/4 cup of water, then 3 tbsp or 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix them well to combine. Simmer it for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and set the meat aside. Next, chop up some green onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. (Note that you can always choose whatever topping you would like for your tacos.) Also, prepare some shredded cheese, squeezable sour cream, sliced jalapenos, and some black olives. Now, take your bag of Doritos, flip it upside down, and open it up. Crunch the Doritos lightly with your hands, then add some taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, shredded cheese, and some sour cream. Fold down the opening of the bag and shake it.
