Ingredients:

Steak seasoning

  • The meat of your choice
  • Salt
  • Onion powder
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter

Shrimp Sauce

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ½ tbsp of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • ½ tsp of Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of ground black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

Drizzle oil on the meat, then season both sides with salt, onion powder, and black pepper, and give it a good rub until well-coated and seasoned. Place a cast-iron skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then sear the meat for a minute or so until both sides are nice and brown, and then add the butter stirring it around to melt. Add the garlic and rosemary on the sides of the meat, then baste it with the melted butter and juices in the pan, and once cooked, flip it over to cook the other side making sure to baste it well, too. After the meat is done cooking, set it aside, then place a clean pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, and melt the butter.

Step 2

Once melted, add the chopped onions and minced garlic, stirring and sauteeing them together before pouring the heavy cream, dijon mustard, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and then stir them together until well combined and incorporated. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then add the shrimp, and give them a good toss letting them cook for about 4-5 minutes. Place the cooked meat on a serving plate, then scoop the shrimp sauce, and pour it over the top of the meat. Serve and enjoy!
