Homemade pizza dough is the best thing I have ever tasted and I had always thought it was extremely difficult to make but when I saw this amazing video by Vito Iacopelli on Youtube, I realized that was not the case at all. As it turns out, all you need to make a fluffy homemade professional pizza crust is basically just some flour, some water, and some yeast. Vito adds some other ingredients, such as real honey and a hefty amount of salt to his dough that really enhances his real Italian dough recipe, but as long as you have the big three, you are really good to go. Vito owns his own restaurant and is a master chef and charming personality and guides you through the steps of pizza dough making so smoothly it makes the process seem almost effortless. You have to check out the awesome real Italian cooking hardware he uses as well, such as a huge wooden dough well, that is so amazing, I had never seen one before, but predictably I don’t think I can live without one now after seeing his.
