It has been a family tradition to serve peanut butter cookies during every holiday or occasion, my family loves it so much that we make them even on an ordinary day! What makes this treat better than other cookies is how easy the ingredients are to find and how simple it is to put together. If you’re planning to host a party, then you can make this cookie recipe ahead or at the last minute because they are super quick to prepare and they taste so good. Learn how to make them now with this video tutorial by The Slow Roasted Italian on YouTube.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line your baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg, then using either a stand mixer, electric hand mixer, or a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients all together until well combined and smooth, and then scoop them up using a 1 tablespoon scooper. Transfer the scooped mixture to the prepared baking sheet, then dip a fork into the sugar until coated, and use it to press each of the cookies down.

Step 2
Put them inside the preheated oven, then let them bake at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges, and allow them to cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet. After a few minutes, transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool down completely, then serve, and enjoy!
