This peach cobbler cheesecake by Mr. Make It Happen on YouTube is so complex, but it’s easy to follow along with. I love how this is a New York-style cheesecake with a peach cobbler topping. The crumble on top of this cheesecake looks so amazing, and I would’ve never thought using Golden Grahams cereal. It’s a different twist, but I think it’s an interesting use. Although it seems like a lot, there are layers to this peach cobbler cheesecake. The steps are simple, but the end results are worth it.
First, start off by peeling the peaches and slice around the core. Chop peaches into 1/2 inch thick. Heat the skillet to medium and add 1 tbsp of melted butter. Add the diced peaches and sauce. Continue to watch Mr. Make It Happen tutorial on YouTube for the full instructions and details.
Next, while the peaches are cooling in the freezer, start on the crumble by using Golden Grahams and cake mix. Add in the melted butter and brown sugar. Toss and coat evenly. Bake these at 325F for 15 minutes.
Once all of the peach cobbler cheesecake components are done, add all of the layers together. The cheesecake looks amazing, and I want to make this for the holidays because I think it would be fun. Even though I don’t like cheesecake, this specific recipe makes me want to try some.
