I’ve heard of mac and cheese pizza and it sounds like cheesy heaven. This mac and cheese pizza by Mythical Kitchen looks very appetizing with the crispy crust. I love burning cheese a little for the nice crunch factor. This recipe has the perfect fats to protein ratio and depending on your toppings, it can be all veggies. This is very inexpensive and is more simple than expected. Mac and cheese is a staple in my household so it’s great to switch up and find unique ways to eat it. Putting mac and cheese and pizza together is a match made from heaven. Plus, it’s cheese on extra cheese. I don’t think there’s ever enough cheese, so I know a lot of people may love this recipe as much as I do.

Ingredients:

For crust:

  • 1 box Kraft Mac n Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For Pepperoni Pizza:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices

For Alfredo Pizza:

  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked diced chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp thawed peas
  • 2 Tbsp sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp diced onions

Directions:

First, start cooking the kraft mac and cheese. Then, add crack two eggs, and mozzarella cheese directly into the cooked mac and cheese. Transfer the mac and cheese crust onto a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. One tip: spray your hands with PAM so you can prevent getting mac and cheese stuck on your fingers.
