They are easy to prepare and ready in just a few minutes!

Full Kitchen‘s recipe only requires 6 ingredients. Most of them are probably already in your pantry. You will need all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and lemon. For the lemon glaze, you only need powdered sugar and lemon. The sweetness of the glaze complements the acidity of the lemon juice.

Lemon Brownies Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest (grated)

For the lemon glaze:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

 

How to Make Lemon Brownies

Step 1:

Start by preheating your oven to 350F and greasing or lining an 8″ square baking pan.

Step 2:

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Step 3:

Add the softened butter and mix until well incorporated.

Step 4:

Get a different bowl and add the eggs, lemon juice, and zest. Whisk to combine.

Step 5:
