It is bursting with sweet and tangy flavors – the ultimate dessert for lemon lovers like me. They are also known as “lemonies”. People call them “lemonies” as they are not brown. They are easy to prepare and ready in just a few minutes!

Full Kitchen‘s recipe only requires 6 ingredients. Most of them are probably already in your pantry. You will need all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and lemon. For the lemon glaze, you only need powdered sugar and lemon. The sweetness of the glaze complements the acidity of the lemon juice.

For the lemon glaze:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F and greasing or lining an 8″ square baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Add the softened butter and mix until well incorporated.
Get a different bowl and add the eggs, lemon juice, and zest. Whisk to combine.
Transfer the flour mixture to the wet mixture. Whisk until smooth and combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until it starts to turn golden.
While baking, make the glaze. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
Allow it to cool completely after baking. Once cooled, pour the glaze and spread over the brownies. Let it set, then cut into squares.
