Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • ¼ cup of minced onion
  • 1 (8 ounces) package of bread stuffing cubes
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of turkey gravy
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey, chopped into small bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (15 ounces) can of cream-style corn
  • 3 cups of mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C, then place an oven-proof skillet on a stove over medium heat, and add the butter letting it melt. Add the celery and onion, then stir them around, and let cook for about 10 minutes or until nice and soft. Next, add the cubed bread, then pour the chicken broth, and stir them together to combine. Remove the skillet pan from the stove, then set it aside, and in a separate mixing bowl, mix together the gravy and turkey until well combined.
