I just love geodes, so when I found this awesome hot glue geodes video tutorial by Mark Montano, on YouTube, I had to try this cool idea. These geodes look just like real ones, and there is a really cute stand idea included in the tutorial, that you can use for display. The geodes are made from crushed glass that you will form in silicone bowls, and pour your hot glue on to make the glass stick together.
Materials For The Glue Gun Geodes:

- Silicone bowl molds (from the craft store)
- A hot glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Dowel rods
- A wooden base (for each geode you wish to display on the raised platform)
- Glitter (in the colors of your choice)
- Acrylic craft paint
