How To Make Hot Cocoa Ornaments

It’s that time of the year to make small gifts, and make Christmas crafts for the holiday season. These hot cocoa ornaments by Forkly on YouTube can go along way to show a personalized gift and appreciation without breaking the bank. This would be a great way to give this small gift to thank mailmen, teachers, or whoever. I think giving this hot cocoa mix in an ornamented form is special that can be enjoyed as a warm beverage. Also, I think it’s a nice gift to add on top of bigger gifts as a small token of love. Plus, it would be cool to add these to a Christmas tree and taking them off one by one if your family wanted to drink hot cocoa. It would be good to write the first letter initial on the ornament to make it special.

Ingredients:

• 6 cups hot chocolate mixes (we used white chocolate, peppermint & original)
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 cup chocolate chips of choice
• Assorted Holiday sprinkles

Supplies:

• 6 clear ornament balls (we used plastic ones, found at the dollar store).
• Funnels
• Ribbon

Directions:

First, remove the metal hanger top from the clear ornaments, and use a funnel to fill 2/3 of the way with hot chocolate mix.

Overall, this is an easy Christmas craft that can be made in bulk, and they’re fun to make. I love how you can see all of the colors and ingredients from the outside because it is a clear ornament. Also, it’s super convenient to just dump this hot cocoa mix into a mug and have the drink ready.
