You can try brown sugar for a caramelized corn flavor, salt, butter, or what I really like to do is to add all three and get a lovely sweet and salty vibe going.

  • 1/3 cup of yellow popcorn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (or coconut oil)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • A small brown paper lunch bag
  • You can also add 1/4 cup of brown sugar (for a caramel corn idea)
