Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounces) jar of peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 (16 ounces) container of vanilla frosting

Directions:

Step 1

Lightly spray an 8 by 8 inches baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray, then cut and fit a piece of parchment paper inside the pan, and then set it aside. Now, start by preparing the peanut butter, simply open the jar, then remove any paper or film from the top of the jar, and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Heat it for about 1 minute to loosen the consistency of the peanut butter and make it runny, then pour everything into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Next, open the container of the frosting, then remove any paper or film from the top of the container, and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Heat it for about 1 minute to liquefy the frosting, then pour everything into the large mixing bowl filled with peanut butter, and whisk them together until uniform and well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, then let it set and harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove the fudge from the pan, peel the paper, then slice, and cut into squares.
